- The thermostat is on the wall to the right of the walk-in box. Use this to adjust temp.

Electrical Room

- We do not have keys for the electrical room

- If we need access, we must call Keith Williams, our landlord

- If Con Ed comes by and says they need access, they/we can contact Keith

Walk-in Box

If the walk-in is not working:

- Call Keith, who will call Nigel. Since Keith was responsible for the install, he needs to know if anything is wrong with it, particularly in the first 12 months

- If you can't reach Keith, call Nigel directly. His number is on a tag in the walk-in. It is also above.

- The walk-in is set to defrost at midnight, and at 5am, so those are the only times where you might see a dip.
