• Fred emails to us a template each month THREEFOLD HOLDINGS LLC_EVENTS REVENUES COGS AND PAYROLL

• We update the orange cells:

  • Beverage Revenues

  • Payroll based on hours per role

  • Sales ratios to calculate COGS

  • The source of the data is in Private Event Financials - Sales Goals, Planning, Analysis (for tracking & reporting) > Monthly 333 Bookkeeping sheet

    • For beverage revenues: See “Beverage Revenue” column

    • For staff hours, see those columns for each role
