Abandoned Carts

Shopify abandoned carts are here. 

Note that the only ones that are true abandoned carts are web orders, not POS orders. The only way to see this is to export the data. 

• POS abandoned carts are orders in the Shops: When a customer account is tied to a cart on Shopify POS and the store proceeds to checkout, and THEN backs out of the checkout (back to cart), then the next checkout is technically a different checkout ID (abandoned checkout)- for this reason, the first checkout never gets completed and will remain abandoned. This also applies to SAVED CARTS. When the cart is SAVED it will be assigned as an abandoned checkout, retrieving the cart assigns the cart a new checkout ID again.
