To find information

1. Search with the top right button.

2. Navigate with the top left button.

To enter information

1. Follow the schema in the nav.

2. Ask who the main owner of the thing is to know where to put the thing.

3. Think about searchability and tags when creating content.

4. Click on the edit button at the bottom right of any page.

5. Click on the Pages option near the top right.

6. Navigate to the page you want to edit or the location where you want to put the new page.

7. Create static URL: When you add a new page, in the editor, go to Pages > that page > Click on the three dots to the right of that page in the right nav > Properties > Advanced > Add a custom path so that the URL doesn't change (see video demo here)

8. You can then hover your mouse over the page and click on the three dots on the right to bring up the options to add a subpage, duplicate a page, and so on.

9. You can move pages by dragging and dropping them in that Pages list also.

10. When you're done, click the Publish button.
