Order flow for delivery deliveries and pickups pick-ups in Huntington
Everything is managed out of the Delivery and Pickup Log, see the Huntington sheets
Customer orders through the website
Zapier zap moves the order into the Log
Click add formulas to add the missing data
When any order comes in, pack it, set it aside in walk-in, and mark as fulfilled in shopify, don't wait for the person.
We want it ready for their pickup when they text or call us
Have push notification on from the email and check the orders several times a day, including before any delivery driver leaves for a route
Keep the Log up to date, move to complete when complete
Open the order in shopify with the link in column B
Click Print at the top and Print packing slips
Change the status in the Log to "1.1 Printed"
Carefully pack the order, use a pen to check each item off as you pack it
Change the status in the Log to "2. Packed"
Click "Fulfill in Shopify" to remove from inventory (and add back to inventory at Gowanus)
OPENING
E-Commerce associates will input driver miles from day prior into "Driver Form Responses - MANUAL" tab on the Delivery Plan. Huntington Manager will approve any Huntington driver miles.

Huntington manager will update driver/retail out time in Breadcrumb by referring to the Driver Clock Out SOP Procedure . Simplified, steps are below:
Logging into Routific
Finding last route for Huntington Driver
Click on last stop of route.
Time of last stop is clock-out time.
On Delivery Plan - HUNT, Huntington Manager will "add formulas" to get information about the days' deliveries.
Print all deliveries (associate or manager), and pack accordingly. Refer to the Zero Packing Mistakes SOP.
Open link in sheet.
Under "More Actions" select "Print with Order Printer". Print the template entitled "Print without Prices"
Use a case tray or black reusable bag to pack order.
Check off each item on the packing list, include packing list in order.
Include 3 stickers with each order.
Mark as "Packed" on Delivery Plan.
FOR 2PM ROUTE
Refer to Delivery SOP to Create and Route driver.
Assign driver in the associated column, and use "Create Route" Button to send information to Routific.
When approved in Routific, dispatch route to driver.
When delivery is completed, mark order on Delivery Plan as "Delivered"
FOR 6PM ROUTE
Complete steps outlined in 2pm routing, but decide if driver is coming back to the store or not.
FOR LAST ROUTE OF DAY
For last route of day, last stop is the final delivery address, so you may have to edit the driver's last stop
