Entering EMPLOYEE AlLOCATIONS

Every beer that isn't paid for should go through Shopify so we can track our product and our inventory. That means anything you would have entered on the Promos & Comps form should now be submitted through Shopify instead. Follow this process and do not use the form going forward.

1. Log in to Shopify, go to Orders, click "Create Order".

2. For Find or create a customer, enter your name as the Customer (you may be in the database, you may not).

3.  Add 3 Tags: Employee Allocation, Comp, Manual

4. Enter items onto the order. 

Enter your items (4-pack of Vliet or Logical Conclusion, Bottle of Wandering Bine, etc.). Only Threes items that are available on the store and in stock are available for allocation. No mixed packs, etc. and press 'Add To Order'.

5. Apply a 100% discount to the order and add the Reason (for example, "Jared May Allocation"). Add the same to the notes as well: "Jared May Allocation".

6. Click Mark as paid and then Create order.
