EVENT MANAGER (NAME):
Put up closed signage and welcome sign " Welcome *host's name goes here* " on music stand outside of Yard doors or right outside of tents
Turn on heaters
Check in with kitchen and put up food par sign
Instruct servers on set up
Set up speaker and microphone (if needed)
Put on Spotify playlist on ipad with connection to bluetooth speaker
Put out the coat rack inside tents, if needed, next to Yard bar
Enter POS intructions - open Admin tab & close - open Master tab for Yard Bartender
EVENT SERVER (NAME):
Polish # similar sized plates. + forks and knives
Set up space per floorplan - buffet table (2 or 3 picnic tables, depending on amount of catering) goes in "L format" in the back right corner of the tents
Set up buffet table with plates, risers, food signs on stands, bev naps, + silverware on linen-lined metal tray (rollups if sit-down catering)
Put out flameless candles and votives on tables, barrels, and bar
Cocktail and pre-bus throughout the event.
YARD BARTENDER (NAME):
Set up full Yard bar (check event menus to confirm selections)
Set up server station with trays
Put menus on clipboards + easels on bar
Scatter menus throughout the space
Help with any additional set up

BREAKDOWN:
Servers: Clear buffet, dispose of dirty linens in kitchen, and reset furniture to normal yard layout. Put any unused plates + silverware in kitchen, Bev naps, risers, silverware tray/basket, votives, menu holders in Events Office. Food signs & chalkboard sign in the FT office.
Bartender & Event Support: Shut down bar or transfer to incoming Yard bartender. Assist servers in resetting the space for regular service.
