Untappd and Beermenus

Adding new beer listings to Untappd and Beermenus

Untappd

1. Login info in 1p

2. Hover over the Threes logo in the top right corner and select Beer Management from the dropdown menu

3. Click Add Beer

4. Enter the Beer Name and abv from v3. IBU does not need to be specified

5. The description should contain tasting notes and specify formal style if the Style dropdown doesn't get specific enough. Notes about hops, collaborations, and any other important details should go in the description field, but do not add marketing copy.

6. Click Add New Beer

7. This beer is now live. Click Edit Beer on the top right

8. Click Edit Details

9. Change the Lock Beer For Edits dropdown from No to Yes (if you don't do this, anyone from the public can edit details of our beer [why it defaults to No is anyone's guess])

10. Click Choose File under Beer Label

11. Take a screenshot of the label you need, typically found in the G Drive by searching the beer name. Mirror other label screenshots from Untappd

12. Upload the label and save

To Add a New Beer - To the Brewery Portfolio

1. Click on "My Businesses" upper right. Under "Threes Brewing BREWERY", click Manage

2. Click New Beer

3. If the beer is a collab, fill out the collaborating breweries field (Or add " + other brewery name:" to the beginning of the beer name

4. Fill out the beer name, style, and abv from the v3

5. Same system as untappd for the beer description field

6. Click choose file under beer label. Same system as untappd.

7. Click add to database

To Add Beers to Locations' Menus (Responsibility of each location's GM/Shop Staff)

• Gowanus Shop Staff: This should be updated weekly on Wednesdays when new beers are launched for both menus, "Threes Brewing (Gowanus)" and "The Shop @ Threes Brewing (Gowanus)"

• OTHER LOCATIONS: Your menus should be updated weekly at your discretion, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on "My Businesses" upper right, click See all of my businesses

2. Under your respective location, click Update Menu

3. Under "Add item to menu: Beer", search for the name of the beer you want to add in the "Name" field

4. Add "Container", "Size", and "Price" for each container/size you want to add. For example, there should be 3 line items, one each for 5oz, 10z, 16oz for Draft (as applicable) and priced to match the pricing for the same item in Shopify/Square.

5. Click Add to menu
