  • Trash is picked up Monday through Saturday evening in the commercial districts of Huntington and Huntington Station. Cardboard and mixed office paper recycling are collected by a separate truck on the same days. Glass, metal and plastic recycling is collected Tuesday and Friday evenings only. Businesses must call 631-351-3239 to initiate service.

  • Cardboard ~ Corrugated cardboard should be flattened and bundled in four foot lengths or less and bundles should not exceed 50 pounds. Cardboard boxes should not be used as garbage containers.
