How to Use the Pickup Plan Process

In the file Delivery Shipping Pickup Dashboard Tracking Plan Log - Threes are sheets for managing the fulfillment processes for orders placed on shopify and picked up at The Shop at one of our locations.

Each location has its own sheet:

• Pickup Plan - Gowanus

• Pickup Plan - Greenpoint

And each location has its own log of orders that have been picked up:

• Pickup - Gowanus - Completed

• Pickup - Greenpoint - Completed

How to use the sheet:

• Orders populate the sheet automatically by technology. As they come in, they are set to the status: 1. Ready to pack

• Pack the order

• After the order is packed:

  • Change the order status to: 2. Packed

  • Click the button Fulfill in Shopify to ensure the order items are removed from inventory correctly

  • The order should then be marked success in the column Fulfilled in Shopify

  • Put the order somewhere to wait to be picked up

• After the order is picked up:

  • Change the order status to: 3. Picked Up

  • Click the button Move to Completed to move the order to the completed sheet
