EVENT MANAGER/MOD (NAME):
Place chalkboard welcome sign " Welcome *host's name goes here* " on music stand next to host stand
Set up microphone with stand indoors, if needed
Set up Spotify playlist in MB and Yard
Instruct and assist staff on set up
Check in with kitchen - post Food Par sheet
Key in POS instructions for Tabs - close Admin tab - open Master tab for bartenders
MB BARTENDERS (NAMES):
Set up MB for service. Check for drink package.
Put menus in menu holders on bar, booths, and tables in MB area
Assist servers in setting decor and space, as needed.
YARD BARTENDER (NAME):
Set up Yard bar for service: Yard Bar Set Up SOPs are here. Check for drink package & set up.
Put up "beer, wine, & cocktails" signs & take down "order inside" sign
Put Yard bar menus on clipboards. Put 3 on easels and display at the bar. Scatter rest throughout the Yard.
Assist servers in setting decor and space, as needed.
SERVERS (NAMES):
Set up space per floor plan or Event Manager's instructions.
Tablecloths on catering tables in Yard & on picnic tables, per EM.
Polish # app plates, # dinner plates, # forks and knives. Fold # linen napkins or roll silverware
Set up app table with plates and Bev naps with a few forks and knives, risers, and catering signs indoors on T6.
Set up dinner buffet outside with rest of catering risers, catering signs, plates, silverware, and linen napkins/rollups.
Put out flameless candles and votives in Yard on bar, barrels, and tables, if nighttime event.
SUPPORT (BACKWAITER/BARBACK'S NAMES):
Help MB bartender open the MB and Yard bartender open the Yard bar.
Set up water stations in MB + Yard.
Place candles on bar, tables, and liquor shelves.
Assist servers in setting up the space and decorating as needed.

Close remainder out to Tripleseat.
Assist host in packing up all decor and place on table out of the way. Check in with host and event manager for specific instructions.
Pull all linen tablecloths, catering risers, food signs and stands, flameless votives, menu holders.
Bus all tables & wipe down.
Bring catering risers, easels, clipboards, menu holders, votives, silverware tray/basket to Events office.
Bring chalkboard sign and food signs to FT office
Roll up audio cables, extension cords, disconnect microphone & put in audio cage
Put speaker, speaker stand, mic stand, music stand in ADA
Reset MB + Yard for regular service.
Breakdown and close Yard bar, take down "beer, wine, & cocktails" signs & put up "order inside" sign
Check in with EM or MOD before you print your shift report and clock out.
