Once you've determined which shipper you are using (column M) make sure Shopify is purchasing labels from the right account.
Find the order in Shopify by searching or using the link in Column B of the Shipping Plan
Select Purchase Shipping Label
Find the box size you're using and double check estimated weight
Select the correct signatures if necessary
Select Purchase the label (This sends a notification to the customer that their package is on the way)
Make sure Label format is set to "4 x 6 inch label". Print Label with Brother QL-1110NWB.
Use the Packing Slip from the Order Printer or print a new packing slip if you need to.
Place packing slip in the box with Threes stickers and other paperwork/pamphlets if necessary.
Tape up the box and affix the label neatly on top.
Add the correct stickers according to which shipper account you've used.
Put it in the designated area for boxes ready to be picked up.
Change the status of that order to "LABELED".
Continue with all orders that you packed.
If you cannot finish labeling orders, make note in the almanac to instruct the next associate of where to begin.
After orders have been packed, you've determined which shipper will be used (Column M), and are ready for labels open the saved Shipping view and filter/sort for the specific set of orders you are working on.

Select the orders you have packed up and select Create shipping labels
On the next page select the correct type of packaging used and UPS Ground service for each order*
*Some Corporate Tasting orders require expedited shipping. Make sure these are chosen correctly.
If an order requires multiple boxes select packaging and items for the first box in that order.
Select "Buy shipping labels". Print packing lists and labels (use correct printers).
Return to saved shipping view to complete the orders with multiple boxes, you'll now see these as Partially Fulfilled.
Select the Partially Fulfilled orders and complete for second set of boxes.
If any Partially Fulfilled orders remain it is likely an unfulfilled tip > Fulfill.
Notes:
If a label is purchased from an incorrect account, the wrong signature, or incorrect weight and box size is chosen please void label and start again.
To make sure Shopify is purchasing from the correct UPS account and that you selected "Adult signature required" you can double check the label:
In the FedEx tab the shipping address information should now be auto filled.
Select Perform detailed address check
Manually enter the following information
Enter package weight (noted next to the shipping fee on the order)
Under Service Type choose FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground
Under Package type choose the correct box dimensions
Enter the order number in the Your reference field
Under Special Services choose Adult Signature under the Signatures section
If you've already scheduled a pick up you can ignore this section. If you need to schedule one you can do so now.
Under Rates & Transit Times you can see your different shipping options. Default to FedEx Home or FedEx Ground unless the package needs to be expedited. (Keep in mind an express pick up will need to be scheduled if you choose express shipping)
Click Ship in the bottom right-hand corner when ready to proceed with purchasing the label
To Print the label using the Brother label printer, make sure Label is selected. Select Print and the following options
Destination: Brother QL-1110NWB
Pages: Custom = 1
Layout: Landscape
Paper size: 4x6
Copy the tracking number from the confirmation page
Back In Shopify, on the Order page, select Mark as Fulfilled > paste the FedEx tracking info into the Tracking field. (This sends a notification to the customer that their package is on the way)
Select Fulfill Items
