D2C Email Marketing
General Info:
We use Klaviyo for all D2C emails
We traditionally send one "Weekly Beer Menu" email (WBM), every Thursday to all audiences featuring what beers we canned/released that week
Occasionally, we will send an additional editorial email
Our primary email segments are:
Delivery: local to NYC within our delivery range
Long Island: local to LI within our delivery range
NYS Shipping: customers within the state that we ship to
Shipping: everyone else outside of NY
Each email segment should receive catered content and updated directional links depending on their location/interests

Corporate Email Marketing
Our corporate audience receives the most emails leading into gifting season and employee appreciation day in March.
We are working to grow our lists by doing outreach, however, the current list is a static one that does not sync with Tripleseat.
