1. When and only when the contract is signed and deposit has been applied, change event status to definite in Tripleseat

2. Copy from TS Google Cal to appropriate Three Google Cal:

• • MB Private (Main Bar & Yard, Yard, Partial Yard, Virtual Events)

  • TM Private (TM, TM+CS)

  • FAK Events (Main Bar & Parlor, Parlor, Studio)

3. In the Google cal, use naming convention: CONFIRMED [SPACE] - [Name of Party], Guest Count
