Delivery routes are received via text message. When you receive the text, click on the link in the text message to launch the Routific Driver app.
NOTE: The app is not functional on its own without a route link to click on via text. Opening the app without a route will show text about it not being functional without opt-ing in, etc. This is normal.
NOTE: Be sure your Location Settings are correct in the app to allow Location Tracking while using the app.
Go through each order number on your route in the Routific Driver app list, pulling the order from the packing table and setting it aside so as not to get mixed in with other drivers' orders. Pay close attention to the order numbers, as orders are often very similar. Take the time!
Collect your orders, make sure that all orders have been double-checked and initialed. Double check to make sure you have all of your orders. Have your Delivery Manager check your orders with you before heading out on your route.
Load bags/cases into car.
Before leaving, confirm you have a mask, extra bags/case trays, water, and anything else you need to be on the road for a while.
Check in with your Delivery Manager before departing.
Start your route.
Before departing to your first or next step, text the customer on your first stop to let them know you’re on your way, using this template:

Hello, this is [NAME] from Threes Brewing 👋. I'm on my way with your order and will arrive in approximately [XX] minutes. Please be prepared to meet me curbside with your ID ready, along with any extra Threes totes you may have for our Tote Recycling Program. I'll text again when I arrive. Thanks for your order! 🍻
Stops in Westchester or Long Island:

If you'd like us to leave your order on your porch or in a mailroom, let us know and text a photo of your ID to this number. If you notice you have already delivered to this person before, feel free to write a more personal text instead of the template above. We are building customer relationships!
Drive safely to the location, and park as needed with emergency flashers on to deliver items.
When you arrive, call/text customer that you have arrived. If no reply, ring doorbell. If you have received no reply from texting, buzzing, and calling, and no one has come to take the order, alert your Delivery Manager via text or call. They will instruct you what to do next.
If there is a doorman or other attendant, confirm with them who the order is for (name, apartment number) and then text the customer that it was left with the door person/other 21+ recipient.
Drop order off with customer based on what they are comfortable with. Some may request that you set it down and keep a distance, and others would like a simple handoff.
Note that an adult MUST collect the delivery - do not give to someone under 21 who may be related to the adult customer.
Mark the stop "Completed" in Routific.
Before you depart, text your ETA and ID request to next customer.
Continue until your route is complete, and report back to home base unless otherwise noted by the Delivery Manager.
At the end of your last route, be sure that all stops are marked completed.
Clock-out remotely using the Square Team app (iPhone and Android) with your PIN number. This should happen back-to-back so your timestamps from Routific and Square Team match. You will need to click on an invite link from Square that your Delivery Manager will need to trigger. Search your email and let them know if you're not seeing it.
if you went through any toll booths, please submit your tolls amount for reimbursement by filling out the DRIVER EOD FORM within 24 hours of completing your route.
If ending at a Threes location, check with your manager before clocking out on the iPad.
