Singlecut Packaging Splits and Pickups Process

Singlecut shipping and receiving hours are M-F 8am to 4pm. If beer is being sent out the day it is packaged we need to set the pickup time for no earlier than 12pm.

1. The night before packaging- email distributor splits and shipping plans to Alex Atchley (Atchley@singlecut.com) and Max Morehouse (Max@singlecut.com). This way they can arrange pallets for shipment right off the production line. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders and deliveries they receive, they can only arrange pallets with the help of the production team during packaging.

• Note if splits involve kegging more than 24 hours notice is appreciated.

2. Email BOLs, driver invoices and shipping info paperwork to Alex Atchley (Alex@singlecut.com) and Max Morehouse (Max@singlecut.com) 24 hours before pickup.
