Surrealism

My main idea for this painting was I had to do a replica of a collage I created. That collage I got inspiration from a sunset picture I took. So I look my collage and just painted what I saw on the collage.

The materials I used were acrylic paint, acrylic paint markers, and a pencil. I used acrylic paint for most of the painting, acrylic paint markers for most of the details, and a pencil to sketch things out.

A few processed I had to go through were painting many coats to get the coverage I wanted, sketching so many times to get everything to match my collage, and experimenting with trying to get a good texture that would match.
