Sustained Investigation #11

What guided me through my project was to take a recent photo taken of me skiing and recreate it with my style in a painting. I had a vision of it being kind of messy and not perfect and I think I hit the nail on the head with this one. 

The materials I used were various colors of acrylic paint on a canvas. 

The processes I went through were gridding my photo and canvas, mixing colors of paint to get the perfect shade, paint each square, and add detail where it was needed.
