Sustained Investigation #7

Colored Grass

9.5 x 11 in

Glue, Tissue Paper, Bristol Board

My main idea for my seventh investigation was to create a colorful sky and landscape photo I took over the summer. Use a new material and try and layer and make an abstract project like what I would have made when I was a little kid.

The material I used were tissue paper, glue, and bristol board. Cut small squares of various colored tissue paper, and made a half glue half water mixture to glue the tissue paper onto the bristol board paper.

The processes I went through were what to add from the photo onto my artwork, what do I want the end goal, and which colors would work the best.
