Duck Stamp

The main idea for this project was to create a drawing or painting of a duck from research on a species. I ended up breaking my wrist and can't use my dominant hand. I had to use my opposite hand and go for an abstract approach. 

The materials I used were watercolor to get the base layers and then I went back with various colors in pens to get detail on top of my base. 

The process I went through was learning how to create with my non-dominant hand while using materials I don't use often. I had to overcome many obstacles with my injuries, time, and pain.
