We are Moving! DOR is moving the Denver Regional Service Center (DRSC) from the Pierce Rotunda to the new location near Auraria Campus. This new center will serve customers from DMV, Taxation, Lottery, and the EDO Cashiers Office.
The move is scheduled to take place from December 3 through December 5, 2025.
The first operational date at the new location will be Monday, December 8, 2025.

DRSC Employee Parking & Transportation Quick Reference Guide
This guide is for Department of Revenue (DOR) employees assigned to the Denver Regional Service Center (DRSC).
Location: 1351 5th St., Suite 100, Denver, CO 80204.
Designated Parking: Auraria Campus 5th Street Garage.
Assigned Floor: Employees must park on the third floor in designated DOR areas.
Parking Registration
To use the garage, you must first register your vehicle with the Auraria Campus parking system. Click here to register your vehicle.
You can register up to two vehicles, and registration is required annually.
Use your CDOR employee ID and state email address. Select "Community/Other" for Institution.
Registration takes at least 2-3 business days to become active. Register in advance!
Registered vehicles have in-and-out privileges (e.g., for lunch) without additional fees.
Parking Permits
ALL DOR employees that plan to park in the 5th St. Garage must register and pay for a parking permit. Click here to purchase a permit.
This monthly parking permit cost is $150 and is charged on the 1st of the month. This cost will be prorated if an employee signs up during different points of the month.

Parking Incentive Program
A taxable monthly financial award to offset parking costs (it is not a direct reimbursement).
Eligibility: For DRSC-assigned employees who are in the office 2 or more days per week on average. DRSC employees are only eligible for the incentive, not reimbursement.
Enrollment: Each employee is responsible for filling out the Parking Incentive Google Form.

Incentive Amount: ALL DOR employees dedicated to the DRSC who fill out the Parking Incentive Form, and have the form approved by their supervisor, will receive a $150 monthly incentive.
Payment Schedule:
Payments begin the following month after approval.
The form must be approved before the 15th of the current month to receive payment the next month.
The incentive is in a single paycheck each month (the second for bi-weekly employees).
Important Notes:
There are no retroactive payments.
The amount is fixed and is not affected by annual leave or sick days.
Contact your direct supervisor for system updates and changes due to extended absences (like FMLA).

Customers have many transit options to get to the DRSC, including free and metered parking and public transit.
We are working to gather all information on parking for customers. We will provide an update on all employees with the parking options at the new location. The DOR Communications team will also begin notifying the public through communication channels.
