Utilization of this reservation system will help with data collection, office usage and employee feedback on the spaces we have available. It is important that we create opportunities for in-person work to continue to build the ways we work. In-person work should be focused on items that are not easily accomplished or not as productive via remote work.
The amount of in-person work will depend on each role and type of work. Some people may be in person only a few times a year, and some may be in person a few times a month. The department is working to build upon the strong foundation of remote work we have created, and welcome your feedback and input as we open more doors toward connections and collaboration with your team.
