Dear Wayne and Marilyn,

Dad was so pleased he could hear you on the phone yesterday. Think he could hear more if I weren’t present! He has the habit of leaning on me.

Lois [Groth] has been with us 5 da [12-3 to 12 6 see ADR google site]-Think she has a rough time living alone. However there is no one without problems. And we need to solve our own.

Rich & Marilee will be here the 26^th for 5 nites. I trust it's for good. Roger worked hard for us but it was a change.

Our sink was soaked with pollution so we now have new counter and sink. A healthier deal for sure. There is no way to combat a soaking wet sink. A couple neighbor men helped him lay the formica.

Well I broiled grapefruit for breakfast with date bits on top. Was it ever good! Why haven’t I broiled grapefruit with a little brown sugar? Makes it yummy.

Well Dad is still working on his planters so I must fix lunch. Thanks a bunch for the call-love
