Hummus with Orange Marmalade

2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained

1/3 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)

3 tablespoons orange marmalade

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Place ingredients in food process and process until pureed. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Bring to room temperature before serving
