οι άνθρωποι δεν την αξίζουν

( Humans Don’t Deserve Her )

Hello.

It’s been a long time

Since I’ve seen you last.

When was that?

Three days ago?

Ah, yes,

I remember now.

You sat on your bed

Contemplating taking your own life.

You cried so hard,

I laughed.

My work was almost done.

My mission almost complete.

Then she walked in.

She saw you.

She helped you.

She saved you.

She took you away from my grasp!

I had almost won!

She took my victory!

You went to the hospital.

They didn’t let me in,

So I watched

You

From

The sidelines.

Watched you become

Happy.

I hate that word.

I hate her.

She took everything from me.

All she left

Was shattered pride.

Pride that I

Could never

Get back.

It was gone.

Stolen from me.

I loved her.

We used to be partners

In crime.

We’d wander the streets,

Looking

But,

Never finding.

We looked for hope.

For peace.

For solace.

We never

Found it.

So we gave up.

We became

Enemies.

She wanted to do

Good.

I never thought

Humans

Deserved

Her.

Her name is

Alisa.

My name is

Ulysses.
