Animals Affected by Climate Change

Climate change is a real issue that not just humans are being affected by. All around the world, a variety of animals are being forced to change their natural habits due to the changing climate. Polar bears are losing their habitats because the Arctic Sea ice is melting. They have had to turn to alternative places for hunting and find new food sources. Different types of birds have changed their migratory patterns due to the ever changing climate. Sea turtles’ habitats are being tarnished by the carelessness of the human population. There are tons of other species being affected as well. As young people, it is our responsibility to take action to try to combat some of the disastrous issues occurring on the planet that we call home. Do anything you can to save these animals and their habitats. Just remember, the Earth is our home too.
