When an A/C suffers a CSU failure, can he suffer another CSU failure later ?
My take on the CSU failures historically were that either they ruined the engine outright, or they allowed a partial return to functionality.
Certainly yes, a plane that recovers from a failure (getting a step power loss in the process) could go on to suffer another failure in the same mission.

If "Yes" to question 1, should there be an additional +X (+1 or +2 or +??) DRM for subsequent CSU effect checks, since the CSU has already partially failed ??
I wouldn't apply any modifiers to follow on situations. The consequences of each failure are serious enough already. At best, a second CSU failure would result in a second power step loss.
