Can I strafe and fire rockets on the same turn?
No. Per Rule 18.2
Attack Limits: A/C may execute one ground attack per game turn and may not do an air-to-air attack in the same turn. Defensive guns may fire normally. Targets may be attacked more than once per turn if each attack comes from a different A/C.
