An Hs129 is strafing some tanks and would like to use the 20mm N3/N4 and the 30 mm N5b pod in a combined attack. The 20mm scores half hits for armor and the 30mm scores full hits. If the attack is successful how are hits computed? Or is it even allowed?
Also what is the load data for the 30mm pod?
Hmmm, didn't think about that possibility - so much unforeseen in this design....
Two options -
ONE - Determine odds separately for each gun and use same die roll to find hits from each (reducing those by 20mm to half). This is not my favorite option as it reduces the potential total hits and armored targets are an all or nothing proposition.
TWO - Combine the firepower, resolve the attack normally and then apportion hits between the two gun types in the same manner as you do critical hits. I'm leaning toward this one.
Example: Attack does 7 hits.
30mm gets 1 crit per hit,
20mm gets 1 crit per 2 hits.
So credit the 7 hits as follows, like for crits.
30mm = 1 counts as 1
20mm N3 = 2 counts as 1
20mm N4 = 2 counts as 1
30mm = 1 counts as 1
20mm N3 = 1 counts as 0
7 hits become 4 hits... enough to damage a light tank maybe.
Let me know which of the two methods feels more correct to you and we'll make it part of the errata.

PS - the 30mm gun pod data is built into ADC's performance already, I think, if you are using the B-2 ADC.
