October 17, 2024 - Romblon State University proudly recognizes the achievements of its graduates who successfully passed the September 2024 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam (FPLE). The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reported that 1,005 out of 1,509 examinees nationwide passed the examination, resulting in a national passing rate of 66.60%.
RSUโs San Agustin Campus delivered an outstanding performance, with first-time takers achieving a 77.78% passing rate and repeaters recording a 66.67% success rate, leading to an overall campus passing rate of 75.00%, significantly above the national average. The Sta. Fe Campus also demonstrated exceptional results, achieving an overall passing rate of 66.67%. First-time takers from this campus posted a 60.00% passing rate, while a repeater achieved a 100.00% success rate. Meanwhile, the San Andres Campus recorded a 33.33% passing rate for first-time takers and overall.
These results reflect the commitment of RSU to delivering high-quality education and the dedication of its faculty and students. Under the leadership of University President Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani, RSU continues to foster a culture of academic excellence and professionalism.
