June 12, 2024 - In the spirit of "Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan," the University, led by President Merian P. Catajay-Mani and top officials, proudly participated in a tree planting activity early today at Rizal Reservoir, Barangay Rizal, Odiongan, Romblon.

Hosted by the Local Government of Odiongan through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, this meaningful activity aims to commemorate our Nation's independence by promoting environmental sustainability, fostering community collaboration, and inspiring future generations to take an active role in preserving our natural resources.

The event also saw the presence of the different participants from BFP, the Water District, LGU Odiongan, barangay officials and passionate environmental advocates from various organizations.

Together, we are planting seeds for a greener future and honoring our rich history.
