The Versatile Instrumentation System for Science Education and Research (VISSER) is officially being turned over today at the Learning Resource Center, RSU, where RSU Officials, employees, together with DOST Officials and our provincial and municipal leaders, gather to witness this milestone event.

Leading the ceremonial turnover are Dr. Renato U. Solidum, Jr., Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology; Engr. Maria Teresa B. De Guzman, DOST Assistant Secretary for Countryside Development; University President Prof. Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani; and LGU representatives.

This turnover marks another step forward in advancing science education and research innovation for the benefit of RSU and the province of Romblon.
