May 17, 2024 - A dedicated group of students and faculty from Romblon State University's College of Education took part in a large-scale coastal cleanup drive at Tabing-Dagat, Odiongan, Romblon. Organized by the College of Education Student Organization, Future English Mentors Organization-RSU Main Campus, and the Physical Education Student Society-RSU Main Campus, the event showcased the university's commitment to environmental activism.

This initiative aimed to educate the community on waste management strategies, foster collaboration with local stakeholders and conservation groups, and promote long-term sustainability efforts. Through their collective action, the participants hoped to inspire others to join the cause, underscoring the power of education and youth-led activism in creating lasting environmental change.

"We educate, we inspire, and we change lives—one coast at a time," was their message of hope and action.
