December 12, 2024 - On November 22, 2024, 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲’𝐬 (𝐑𝐒𝐔) and  𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒) hosted a 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 for 𝟕𝟖 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 from the 𝐵𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑆𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝐹𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠 (𝐵𝑆𝐹𝑖) and 𝐵𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑆𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝐸𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 (𝐵𝑆𝐸𝐷) programs at its Santa Fe Campus.

With the theme "𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬: 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞," the seminar provided a dynamic platform for students to gain essential tools and insights for navigating the transition from academia to the workforce.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥: The Dream Job Vision Wall encouraged attendees to visualize their career aspirations while motivating peers to dream boldly.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: In collaboration with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), on-site 𝑁𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝐼𝐷 𝑟𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 was offered, enabling students to meet an essential employment requirement.

𝑀𝑠. 𝐿𝑖𝑎 𝐴𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒 𝑃. 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑜𝑧𝑎, Head of Employment Services at CARES, provided an inspiring overview of the seminar’s objectives and its potential impact on participants' future careers.

𝑀𝑟. 𝑃𝑎𝑢𝑙 𝐹𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑠 𝑀. 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑧, a faculty member from CCMADI, demonstrated innovative techniques for creating standout resumes using AI tools.
