RSU hosts benchmarking activity with Mountain Province State University

October 3, 2024 - Romblon State University (RSU) welcomed officials from Mountain Province State University (MPSU) for a benchmarking session at the University Hostel's Multipurpose Hall.

The event started with a prayer led by Dr. Garry Vanz V. Blancia, Director of Research, Development, and Innovation.

RSU President Merian P. Catajay-Mani delivered the welcome remarks, expressing RSU's willingness to share their administrative and academic practices, as well as the university's implementation of the Smart Campus Project.

Following the welcome remarks, Mr. Reynaldo Gayo, Vice President for Administration and Finance, introduced the MPSU officials and heads of units.

Atty. Glenn Nino Sartillo, Vice President of Legal and Student Affairs, introduced the RSU counterparts.

MPSU President Edgar G. Cue expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by RSU and invited RSU officials to visit MPSU for future collaboration.

The benchmarking activity reflects the mutually-driven commitment of both universities to foster growth and share best practices in higher education administration and innovation.
