September 11, 2024 - December 13, 2024 - The RSU International Relations Office is thrilled to announce that the Romblon State University has been recognized in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2024! Out of 1,477 participating higher education institutions worldwide, RSU has been recognized as Rank 1,261 in the world, Rank 718 in the Asia, Rank 57 in the Philippines and Rank 1 in the MIMAROPA Region.
This accomplishment reflects our unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability and green campus initiatives.

September 27, 2024 - The recent SDG Connect Event was a resounding success, bringing together students, faculty, and community members to explore and engage with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants showcased their creativity and knowledge in various competitions, including photography, essay writing, and a quiz bee. Notably, Ms. Emmarie Rose T. Salcedo from Panpacific University was crowned the champion in the photography category, while Ms. Justine S. Machon from Romblon State University secured the top spot in the essay competition. September 26,ย 2024 - Romblon State University bags awards at the 15th National Kampo Kalikasan 2024 with the theme: "Building Peaceful and Sustainable Communities: Nurturing Life Beyond the Pandemic" at the Cebu Technological University, Danao City, on September 20-23, 2024.
This SAVE ME Movement's Kampo Kalikasan 2024 is a four-day camp bringing together environmental advocates and stakeholders to collaborate on issues of environmental degradation, climate change, and disaster risk management.
