This initiative aims to ensure smooth traffic flow, minimize congestion, and maintain a secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders. Interested individuals must apply for a vehicle pass at the universityโs main gate (Gate 2) and settle the corresponding fees:

โฑ100.00 for two-wheeled vehicles (valid for 1 year)
โฑ150.00 for franchised tricycles and private e-bikes (valid for 1 year)

September 20, 2021 - Romblon State University (RSU) issued Office Advisory RSU-DRRMO No. 010 s. 2022 on September 20, 2022, to enhance campus safety and sustainability. The advisory, signed by Edgar V. Andalecio, OIC, Director DRRMO, and noted by Tomas F. Faminial, Vice President for Administration and Finance, establishes new policies on parking regulations, speed limits, and vehicle restrictions within the university.
Effective September 25, 2022, RSU prohibits parking along the Main Road and Service Road to prevent traffic congestion and reduce accident risks. These measures prioritize safety and well-being by minimizing hazards for students, faculty, and staff. Additionally, restrictions on protruding vehicle parts and a speed limit of 20 kph promote an organized and accessible campus, ensuring safe mobility for all. The ban on motorcycles without silencers helps reduce noise pollution and fosters a healthier environment.

RSU Strengthens Energy and Water Use Efficiency and Conservationย
August 13, ย 2021 - Romblon State University (RSU) is committed to promoting sustainable resource management through its Energy and Water Use Efficiency and Conservation Policy. Aligned with national laws such as the Climate Change Act of 2009 (RA 9729) and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (RA 11285), the policy reinforces RSUโs dedication to responsible environmental stewardship.
To ensure energy efficiency, RSU has implemented guidelines limiting air-conditioning usage to six hours per day, with a maximum of eight hours during summer. October 18, 2018 - Romblon State University implements a Solid Waste Management Segregation and Collection Policy to ensure proper handling of biodegradable, non-biodegradable, and recyclable waste across all offices and units.
