November 23, 2024 - 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐑𝐒𝐔), through its 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒), successfully conducted the 𝐽𝑜𝑏 𝑂𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑆𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑟 on the morning of November 18, 2024, at the University Quadrangle. Themed "𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬: 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞,"  the event prepared 𝟕𝟕𝟏 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 from the 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐸𝑛𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑇𝑒𝑐ℎ𝑛𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑔𝑦 (𝐶𝐸𝑇), 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐵𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐴𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑦 (𝐶𝐵𝐴), 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔, 𝑀𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑎 𝐴𝑟𝑡𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐷𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝐼𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 (𝐶𝐶𝑀𝐴𝐷𝐼) for their transition into the workforce.

The seminar featured 𝐀𝐈-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, and 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬. To ensure students meet employment requirements, 𝑁𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝐼𝐷 𝑟𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, facilitated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), was conducted in the Audio-Visual Room.

A highlight of the event was the 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥, where graduating students enthusiastically wrote down their dream jobs and preferred companies. This interactive activity inspired students to visualize their goals and served as a motivating reminder of the possibilities awaiting them.

𝑀𝑠. 𝐴𝑏𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑙 𝐺. 𝑇𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑑𝑡𝑎𝑑, who guided students on mastering job interviews with confidence.                                                               

𝑀𝑠. 𝐿𝑖𝑎 𝐴𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒 𝑃. 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑜𝑧𝑎, Head for Employment Services at CARES, gave the closing remarks, encouraging graduates to take the lessons learned into their future endeavors.
