Odiongan, Romblon – Romblon State University (RSU) recently conducted a successful blood-letting activity on October 02, 2020, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Romblon Chapter, the Department of Health (DOH), the Gugma ag Pagtatap (GAP) Team, and the RSU Health Services Unit.

The activity aimed to address the ongoing need for blood donations in the province and promote a culture of volunteerism and community service among the RSU community. Students, faculty, and staff actively participated in the blood donation drive, demonstrating their commitment to helping those in need.

The Philippine Red Cross provided medical personnel and logistical support for the event, ensuring the safety and well-being of all blood donors. The DOH provided guidance on blood donation procedures and health protocols. The GAP Team, known for its active involvement in community service initiatives, played a crucial role in mobilizing volunteers and promoting the blood-letting activity among the RSU community.
