Period of performance and accomplishment to be considered in the evaluation shall be from JULY 01, 2022 to JUNE 30, 2023, except for the major awards which highlight accomplishments within the last three (3) years, i.e., JULY 01, 2020 to JUNE 30, 2023.

To submit a nomination, please follow these steps:

 Complete and sign the NOMINATION FORM.

 Attach relevant supporting documents.

 Prepare an ESSAY (not exceeding 500 words) justifying the nomination.

Please be advised that anonymous and self-nominations will not be accepted.

Nomination forms, supporting documents, and essays must be submitted in triplicate (3 copies), securely sealed in long, brown envelopes. Each envelope should be labeled as follows:

 Name of Nominee: [Nominee's Full Name]

 Nominated for: [Award Category]

 Nominated by: [Nominator's Full Name]

The nominator should hand-deliver the sealed envelopes to the Human Resource Management Office at the Admin Building, Romblon State University, Odiongan, Romblon. Additionally, a soft copy (PDF file) of the documents should be emailed to hrmo@rsu.edu.ph with the subject line: RSU GAWAD PARANGAL 2023_(AWARD CATEGORY)_(NOMINEE’S FULL NAME).

In lieu of individual nominations, all colleges and campuses are required to submit the names of their Best Faculty Member, Best Department Chair, and Most Promising Faculty Member (College Lecturer), accompanied by all requisite supporting documents. Deans and Directors are also encouraged to furnish accomplishment reports or other pertinent documentation in support of the awards for Best Dean, Best Campus Director, Best Academic Unit (College and Institute), and Best Campus. These submissions should be organized according to the criteria.
