Fixed: Procedure EST_SELECT_WEIGHT was causing slowness when adding / removing items to a Product Estimate.
Fixed: The Script now rests all numeric settings that have an empty string to 0.
Fixed: A division by zero error was returned in some cases from the Signage Estimate Type.
Items > Inventory - a warning (red highlight) is now used to warn if duplicate Locations exist.
Transaction Copy - a Code field has been added to the Items grid view on the copy dialogue, hidden by default. The field displays the Code field from the Transaction OR The Code field from the linked Item OR it is Blank. Functionality has been added to Save the Grid layout on a transaction level.
Trial Balance - A Total column has been added, hidden by default. Credits are displayed as negative amounts and Debits are displayed as positive amounts in this column - the Total should therefore sum to 0.
Service Manager - When the Email button is clicked, you are now prompted to select All or Internal.
Product Estimating > Labels - the Reel Width now defaults to the Die Width when using sq. m Substrates. (Previously it was blank unless you overrode it.)
The Data Filter has been changed to 2 rows to prevent scrolling when viewing half screen
An Outwork View has been added that displays all the Outwork Items for Pending and Active Work Orders.
Actions have been added to the Materials and Outwork Views to create Purchase Orders and Goods Received Transactions for multi-selected Items. The Out Qty is assigned to the transaction. The Material/Outwork item is set to Status = In Progress, the same as if you were copying directly from the Work Order.
A menu item View SM Responses has been added to all the Views. This opens all the Notes and Attachments from the linked SM in the side panel.
Batch Update functionality for transaction Category has been added to the Work Order and Customer Invoice modules.
When you use the model that scans Service ID (Barcode), the timekeeping is no longer started if the Task Status = Complete or Cancelled. Instead, an error message is returned.
Fixed: IF a Stage was empty and a new job was added, the new Task was in certain cases not displayed in the Tracker Queue.

Fixed: Supplier Invoices > Items View - The Popup Menu was not opening when you clicked the menu column.
Fixed: Supplier Invoices - The SI No. field is now focused by default when a SI is opened, and a tab will take you to the Trans Date column. (The period date has been removed from the tab list). 'Inv No.' in the List view has been renamed to 'SI No.'
Fixed: Customer Invoices - 'Inv No.' has been renamed to 'CI No.'
Fixed: A duplicate 'Created' column has been removed from the Customers List View.
Fixed: When you created an Estimate from Template, the Customer's Item Adj% was not applied. The Item Adj % is now also updated when an estimate is updated from Setups.
Fixed: Labels Estimating - the Qty on certain materials/services was not being adjusted for overall Waste - only the Printing Waste values were being applied.
Fixed: Standard Estimating - if a substrate had a different Run and Price Units, the incorrect Unit was displayed in the Costing grid view.
Fixed: Ledger Expenses were not displayed correctly in the Job Summary.
Budget - Menu items have been updated from 'Income Statement' to 'Profit/Loss' and 'Balance Sheet' to 'Financial Position'.
CAA/SAA - The 'Batch Updates' menu item has been moved to an Actions button.
The 'Batch Updates' column lookup has been sorted alphabetically.
The 'Attachments' Type lookup has been sorted alphabetically.
We standardised how the Save/Restore Grid menu items are displayed.
Settings > Status - The redundant Reset button has been removed and the functionality to Move Up/Move Down has been added to the Status popup menu, similar to other modules.
NB: Work Shifts must be updated and re-saved after upgrading.
Audits - A General Setting > General > Delete Audits older than (Enter number of months) (Default = 12) setting has been added - this will help to prevent database bloat caused by old Audits.
Bank Import - Support has been added to import Capitec (.OFX) - Date format: YYYYMMDD000000, FITID: Not unique, A Fees transaction is added for every transaction that attracts fees.
Customer Invoices
You can now set a Default = Credit Note Status which will be assigned when a Customer Invoice is copied to a Credit Note.
The outstanding quantity is now copied to the Credit Note to prevent users from making duplicate Credit Notes. (Previously the total quantity was copied every time).
Customers Batch Update functionality has been added for the Currency.
Customers/Suppliers - The Contacts have been changed to a more user-friendly list view with a corresponding popup edit form.
Emails - Functionality has been added to add Contact Groups to Emails. (Static only)
Inventory > Default View - A column Value (Received) has been added - this column is visible when a Date filter is set and multiplies Received Qty x Closing Unit Price.
Material Price Manager - A Reference column (Supplier Reference) has been added to the Supplier Prices view. The field is editable.
Materials - Batch Update functionality added for Add to Description.
Navbar Menu - The Calendar link has been replaced with a Service Manager link.
Sales Orders - A Due Date (Item) column has been added to the Items View.
Service Manager - The Subject and Heading on the default email has been updated as follows: SM No. 3434 - Category - Reference.
Services
A Sales and Cost Sales account has been added to Services.
Sales is assigned when a service is added to Quotation or a Sales Order.
Cost of Sales is assigned when a service is added to a Purchase Order.
Standard Estimating - When an Estimate is updated from Setups, Materials that are set to Inactive are no longer updated - a 'Material not found' error is returned.
Supplier Invoices
You are now able to set a Default = Debit Note Status which will be assigned when a Supplier Invoice is copied to a Debit Note.

Suppliers
A Supplier Warning has been added to the accounting tab.
The warning is displayed on Supplier Transactions: Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, Supplier Debit Notes.
The Supplier Active field has been renamed to Status with options for Active / Inactive.
Tile Menus have been updated to show status information for the modules (e.g. how many Pending or Active transactions).
Work Orders:
A General Setting > Work Orders > Copy Due Date from Sales Order Items (Y/N) has been added. (By default, the Due Date from the Sales Order header is copied to the Work Order Due Date field.)
A Size field has been added to the Work Order Output table - the size is looked up from the linked Estimate.
An Action has been added to Upload Workticket (.pdf). You will be prompted to select a template which will be output to a PDF file and saved in the Work Order table (WOMAIN.WORKTICKET). The Action to View Workticket (.pdf) will open the workticket in your default PDF viewer. The Action to Delete Workticket (.pdf) can be used to delete the PDF Workticket from the database. By default, Worktickets older than 12 months are deleted from Completed/Cancelled Work Orders to prevent database bloat.
Tracker App:
A function to View Workticket has been added to the Active Jobs popup menu - this will open the Workticket in your default PDF Viewer. (See note above on how to upload the Workticket from the Work Order module)

Work Shifts - An End Day has been added to allow for a shift to run across multiple days with gaps in between shifts. When a Work shift is updated, a table (WORKSHIFT) is populated with the shifts for the next ten years. This table makes scheduling easier and can be updated by clicking the Rebuild Work Shifts button. NB - If a Work shift contains a blank Day or Time, the Work shift table is not updated.

The Foreign Key to the CUSMAIN table has been removed from QUOTEMAIN, SOMAIN and INVMAIN which means you no longer need a placeholder Customer with an ID of -1. The upgrade script deletes the placeholder customer.
