Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. The Tasks View displays all the main tasks that are in the pipeline and shows the percentage complete, times and durations.
Navigation: Main Menu > Production > Planning Board > Menu (button) > Tasks
Reset: Resets the data filters.
View: Applies the selected filters and refreshes the display.
Group: Option to group the jobs by one of the following:
Ungroup: No grouping is applied.
Start Date: The date on which production should start.
Due Date: The date on which production should finish the job.
Req Date: The date by which the customer requires the job.
Stage: The production stage.
Actions: Changes the selected Tasks as follows:
Batch Update: Changes the following fields when Update (button) is clicked and the change is confirmed:
Stage: Changes the Stage to the one selected in the adjacent dropdown list.
Status: Changes the Status to the one selected on the dropdown list. Only applicable if a Stage is selected.
Start Date: Changes the Start Date and Time to the date selected on the calendar and time field.
Finish Date: Changes the Finish Date and Time to the date selected on the calendar and time field.

Set: Allows users to select a Date option (e.g. Today, This week)
← →: Adjusts the custom dates forwards or backwards.
Date fields: Allows user to set specific date options based on the option selected under Set.
Radio Buttons: Filters the dates based on the selected button. The options are:
Start Date
Activity Date
Stage: A dropdown list of Stages for users to select all or a specific stage.
Show: Determines which jobs are shown:
All
Active Tasks
Completed Tasks
SOSTAGEID: The system-generated number for the stage.
Status: The Work Order's Status.
Stage: The name of the Stage
WO No.: The Work Order Number.
Date: The Work Order's Date.
Controller: The name of the Controller.
Rep: The name of the Rep.
SO No.: The linked Sales Order Number.
Type: The Type of job (e.g. Production).
Req Date: The Date on which the Customer requires the job.
WO Due Date: The Date on which Production should finish the job.
@ (WO Due Time): The Time by which Production should finish the job.
Customer: The name of the Customer.
WO Group: The Group that the Work Order is allocated to.
Component: The task's component.
Description: A Description of the Task
WO Reference: The Reference filled in on the Work Order.
Supplier: The name of the Supplier.
Routing: A colour-coded list of all the Stages there are tasks for.
Start Date: The Task's Start Date.
@ (Start Time): The Task's Start Time.
Finish Date: The Task's Completion Date.
@ (Finish Time): The Task's Completion Time.
Operators: The name of the Operator.
Req Qty: The quantity Required.
Comp Qty: The quantity Completed.
Spoil Qty: The quantity Spoiled.
Out Qty: The quantity that is still Outstanding.
Est Hrs: The Estimated hours that the job should take.
Act Hrs: The Actual hours that the job took (or has taken so far).
Var Hrs: The difference between the Estimated and Actual hours.
Progress %: The percentage progress of completing all the Tasks.
Menu (...): A submenu allowing users to:
View/Edit Job: Opens a list of all the tasks, with dates and durations.
Open Work Order: Opens the linked Work Order.
View Job Summary: Opens a job summary panel on the right with Costing and Timekeeping information.
Timekeeping
Start: Start a new Timekeeping record.
Stop (Complete): Stop a Timekeeping record and mark the job complete.
Stop (Part Complete): Stop a Timekeeping record and mark the job incomplete.
