Estimating Settings and Information

Overview

• QuickEasy BOS Professional includes various estimating models.

• Fixed estimating models can be tailored for industries such as Print, Packaging, Signage, and more.

• These models include comprehensive costings to support accurate estimates.

• Custom estimating models can be configured to fill the gaps.

• Users can adjust quotations using customer price lists and generate customised quote letters and proposals as desired.

Settings 

Most of the settings are linked to Quotations.

General Settings 

Navigation: Main Menu > Setup > Settings & Defaults > Settings (tab)

• Accounting > Default Estimate Markup (%): Applies to Standard Estimates. The percentage can be overridden.

User Settings

Navigation: Main Menu > Office > My Organisation > Staff (tab) > Double click a name > Settings (tab)

• Setup > Cost Centres - Access Allowed: Options are Yes or No.

• Setup > Costing & Products - Access Allowed: Options are Yes or No.

• EPR: Printing Estimate

• EOS: Outsourced Estimate

• EPD: Product Estimate

• EGR: General Estimate
