During production, inventory is often moved from one location to the next. In QuickEasy BOS Professional a record of this movement is kept using a function named Transfer Orders.
Navigation: Main Menu > Materials > Transfer Orders
Navigation: Main Menu > Office > My Organisation > Double-click to open a Staff File > Settings (tab).
Default Templates > Transfer Orders: Option to Browse or Clear templates to use.
Materials & Inventory > Transfer Orders / Material Movement - Access Allowed: Options are Yes or No.
Point of Sale (PoS) Transfer orders to another user - Access Allowed: Options are Yes or No.
Reset: Resets the selected Filters.
View: Generates a report based on the selected Filters.
New: Creates a new Stock Transfer.

Date: A selection of date options to choose from.
← →: Adjusts the date in the direction of the arrow.
Date fields: Options to refine the date selection (changes the date selection to User Date).
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
Status: The Status of the transfer order.
TO No.: A system-generated number allocated to the transfer order.
Ledger ID (TOR): The system-generated ledger ID allocated to the receive side of a transfer order.
Ledger ID (TOI): The system-generated ledger ID allocated to the issue side of a transfer order.
WF No.: The Workflow number.
Date: The Date of the transfer order.
Reference: The user-provided Reference for the transfer order.
From: The Location From which the materials were moved.
To: The Location To which the materials were moved.
Due Date: The Date on which the transfer was/is due.
Despatched: The Date on which the transfer was despatched.
Received: The Date on which the transfer was received.
Note: Any user-typed in note.

Open Issue Transaction in Ledger: Opens the issue side of the Transfer Order in the Ledger.
Open Receive Transaction in Ledger: Opens the receive side of the Transfer Order in the Ledger.
Edit: Opens the transaction for editing.
Delete: Deletes the transaction.
∧ ∨: Arrow keys to navigate through the transactions.
Status: Option to change the status of the transaction. Options include:
Pending (Yellow): The transfer can still be edited. Order and Reserve transactions are created.
Issued (Blue): The stock has been issued and is en route. The Reserve is deleted. The Issued status can only be set if the order has items.
Received (Purple): The stock has arrived at its destination. The Order is deleted. The Received status can only be set if the order has been issued.
Complete (Green - read only): The complete status can only be set if the order has been received.
Cancelled: The transaction was cancelled. All inventory movements will be deleted. Complete transactions cannot be cancelled.

Open TOR Transaction in Ledger: Opens the receive side of the transfer order in the Inventory Ledger.
View Audits: Displays a list of users, dates and times with changes.

Material: Adds another material to the transfer.
Status Bar: Displays the current status of the transaction plus a field for users to type in a Note.
TO No.: The system-generated number for the transfer order.
Date: The user-selected date for the transfer order.
From: The Location From which the stock is being transferred.
To: The Location To which the stock is being transferred.
Reference & Note: Fields for users to type in a reference and note.
Issued: The date and time on which the status was changed to issued.
Received: The date and time on which the status was changed to received.
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
ID: The system-generated number allocated to the transaction.
Item: The system-generated number allocated to the line item.
Description: The material item's Description.
Code: The material item's Code.
Qty: The Quantity of Materials that are being moved.
Unit: A Description of the unit.
Unit Cost: The Cost Price per unit.
Total: The Total Value of the transaction.
Issued: The Quantity of Stock Issued.
Received: The Quantity of Stock Received.
Note: Any Note attached to the material item.

Open Linked Material Item: Opens the material item's setup.
View Material Summary: Opens a report on the right-hand side with the material item's details and transactions.
Move Up: Re-arranges the hierarchy of the line items (moves the current line up).
Move Down: Re-arranges the hierarchy of the line items (moves the current line down).
