Continuous forms are multi-part documents or sheets that are connected end-to-end and fed through printers or other machines without interruption.
They are typically perforated for easy separation into individual documents.
Continuous forms may be constructed with interleaved carbon or carbonless copy layers to produce multiple copies simultaneously.
The forms are often perforated both horizontally and vertically, allowing for the easy detachment of individual Parts.
Continuous forms are used for:
Printing: Used in dot matrix printers and other impact printers for bulk printing tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, or shipping manifests.
Manufacturing & Packaging: In industries where continuous, uninterrupted processes are required, such as label printing.
If the Work Depth does not equal the Max Depth, an error is returned.

Ink: Use Ink Tables
Substrate Category: Select a Material Category
Right click and select View/Edit Instruction to set the Printing instruction.
Substrates must be added as fixed-width reels into a Material Category where Type = Reels.
Use the following Units:
Base = m - This is the stock-keeping unit (SKU)
Supplier Price = kg or 1000kg
Create a Press for each Cylinder size that is used and set the Maximum Depth equal to the Repeat Length of the Cylinder using the exact size, e.g. 609.6. Typically, the following Cylinders are used:
11" - 279.4mm
14" - 355.6mm
17" - 431.8mm
22" - 558.8
24" - 609.6
Convert the speed from m/min to Sheets/hr based on the Repeat Length of the Cylinder as per the table above.
Running options need to be added for the following:
Sheetwork
Sheetwork (Tinting): Add a linked Material for the cost of the Tint
Perfecting
Perfecting (Tinting): Add a linked Material for the cost of the Tint
Description = Form
Type = Duplicate: Enables the automatic naming of the Part.
Size: Set the Part depth to the exact depth of the Form (e.g. 203.2mm). It is important to check that the form fits in the Repeat Length of the Cylinder.
Rotate off: Uncheck Allow Rotate for both the Service and the Substrate.
