The mobile app can be accessed from a browser and is customised to work on mobile devices and desktop computers. It links to the same database that BOS Professional links to.
If a user is connected to more than one database, they are asked to select one at login.
These tutorials explain how to manage service tickets from the Mobile App.
Click indicates you should left click your mouse button or tap if your device has a touchscreen.
Log into the Mobile App.
Click SM (tile button).
A list of Active tickets that are assigned to you are displayed.
Log into the Mobile App.

Click an entry on the list.
On the information tab, click the pencil icon.
Change any of the fields displayed on the popup.
Click Save (button).
Responses cannot be deleted from the mobile app. However, responses created in the mobile app can be deleted from the desktop app.
Log into the Mobile App.

Click Responses (tab).
Click the + button next to the Search bar.
Select a response from the dropdown list.
On the popup, type a note in the field provided.
Click Add (button).

Click Transactions (tab).
The transactions are displayed for information purposes only; no other actions are available.
This tab only displays tickets linked to the specific ticket or transactions on the transactions list. It does not display tickets linked to the customer or supplier.

A list of tickets is displayed if there are any tickets linked other than the ticket you are viewing. Mostly this tab will have no entries.
