Overview

The mobile app can be accessed from a browser and is customised to work on mobile devices and desktop computers. It links to the same database that BOS Professional links to.

If a user is connected to more than one database, they are asked to select one at login.

Inventory provides a detailed overview of the materials an organisation currently holds in stock. On the mobile app, users can:

• Quickly search and access specific inventory materials.

• Monitor stock levels, material availability, and specific storage locations.

• View product specifications, pricing details, and real-time stock quantities.

These tutorials explain how to view inventory using the Mobile App. 

Click indicates you should left click your mouse button or tap if your device has a touchscreen.

How to Display a List of Inventory Items

1. Log into the Mobile App.

2. Click Inventory on the Tile Menu.

3. Materials that are also inventory items are displayed. 

4. Use the search bar to find a specific item, or the QR Code scanner and scan a QR Code.

How to Display Inventory Prices

1. Log into the Mobile App.

2. Click Inventory on the Tile Menu.

3. Type the description or part thereof in the search block to find a specific item.

4. Click the item on the list.

5. Click Pricing (tab).

6. The Selling Prices are displayed as filled in on the Material's Costs & Prices tab. 

How to Display Inventory Specifications and Instructions

1. Log into the Mobile App.

2. Click Inventory on the Tile Menu.

3. Type the description or part thereof in the search block to find a specific item.

4. Click the item on the list.

5. Click Information (tab).

6. The Specification and Instructions are displayed as filled in on the Material's Images & Notes tab. 

How to Display Inventory Quantities

1. Log into the Mobile App.

2. Click Inventory on the Tile Menu.

3. Type the description or part thereof in the search block to find a specific item.

4. Click the item on the list.

5. Click Inventory (tab).

6. These quantities are displayed for each location as shown on the right: 

   • In Stock

   • On Order

   • Reserved

   • Available
