The mobile app can be accessed from a browser and is customised to work on mobile devices and desktop computers. It links to the same database that BOS Professional links to.
If a user is connected to more than one database, they are asked to select one at login.
Inventory provides a detailed overview of the materials an organisation currently holds in stock. On the mobile app, users can:
Search and access specific inventory materials.
Monitor stock levels, material availability, and specific storage locations.
View product specifications, pricing details, and realtime stock quantities.
Search Bar: You can type any word such as the material's description, code, category, or subcategory to filter and display matching inventory materials.
QR Scanner: Point your mobile device's camera at the QR code and click the QR Code icon (next to the search bar). You must grant permission to use your camera. On a desktop you must hold the item with the code facing the PC's camera.
Materials list:
Displays a list of materials that are inventory items.
This list matches the Materials view on the desktop app when the Inventory Items checkbox is checked.

The additional detail is divided into three tabs:
Information: Displays the description, code, category, subcategory, specification and any instructions.
Pricing: Displays the unit, the quantity that is included in that unit, the VAT exclusive Sell Price and the VAT inclusive Sell Price in the local currency.
Inventory (unit):
Displays the location name.
Displays these quantities for each location:
