Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. The Calendar provides a snapshot of the outstanding jobs.
Navigation: Main Menu > Production > Planning Board > Menu (button) > Calendar
Refresh: Updates the Calendar with the latest data.
Actions
Changes all the records on the Board as follows:
Global Actions
Reset Planning Board: This Action will execute the following General Actions in this order:
Set Due Date = Req Date
Set Task Start/Finish from WO Due Date
Set Start/Finish from Now (Stages)
Set Start/Finish by Dependency (Jobs)
Set Start/Finish from Now (Stages): All the tasks will be set to now ordered by Start Date. The Stage will be re-ordered accordingly.
Set Start/Finish from Dependency (Stages): Tasks are moved if the previous task finishes before the next task starts. Cascading tasks, except for Outwork Tasks, are also moved.
Order by Start Date: The Stage is re-ordered by the Task Start Date.
Order by Status > Start Date: The Stage is re-ordered by the Status and then the Start Date.

WO No.: A field to type a WO No. to only show tasks for that number.
Stages: A dropdown list of Stages to select which Stages to display.

Radio buttons: Changes the display to show Stages or Jobs on the calendar.
X Axis (Top Row): Displays the dates.
Calendar: Displays calendars for the next three months. Users can click any date to show the Jobs for that date.
Y Axis (Left)
Stage radio button selected: Lists the Stages. Inserts the number of the source document and a description of the job (mouse-over for full details).
Jobs radio button selected: Lists the Jobs. Inserts the stage and details of the job (mouse-over for full details).
Tools (bottom-left)
Checkboxes, if checked:
Move between Stages: Allows users to drag and drop the entries between Stages.
Auto move next: Automatically moves the linked Tasks when a task is moved.
