Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. BOS can integrate with Switch. Work Orders include a JDF Switch (tab) with data uploaded to Switch and the Progress notes received back from Switch. This view lists the responses received from Switch.
Navigation: Main Menu > Production > Planning Board > Menu (button) > Switch Responses
Reset: Resets the filters and the display.
View: Generates a list of responses based on the selected filters.

Set: Allows users to select a Date option (e.g. Today, This week)
← →: Adjusts the custom dates forwards or backwards.
Date fields: Allows user to set specific date options based on the option selected under Set.
Radio Buttons: Filters the dates based on the selected button. The options are:
WO Date
Activity Date
Status: A dropdown list allowing users to select a specific or all Statuses.
ID: The system-generated number for the entry.
Status: The Status of the Work Order.
WO No.: The Work Order Number.
Date: The Work Order's transaction Date.
Due Date: The Work Order's Due Date (the Date on which goods should be produced).
Part: A description of the Part.
Response: The Response received from Switch.
Received: The Date and Time of the response.
